New Nature Center - front view

As part of our next big step forward, we asre excited to announce the construction of a brand-new Nature Center!

Our current “Conservation Building,” built in 1959, has served us faithfully for more than six decades. But as thousands of students, campers, and families have walked through its doors, its age shows. To keep pace with the growing excitement for outdoor education, nature discovery, and environmental stewardship, it’s time to dream bigger.

Timeline: Work will begin when the 2025 program season is complete

Project cost: A majority of the project is funded through a grant from the State of Ohio Office of Managment and Budget. This is a great start to our fundraising efforts.

Communities served: Not only does 4-H Camp Palmer serve 11 member counties during our summer camp months, but the nature programs extend to school groups, community festivals, and even international attendees.

As a nonprofit organization, we’re seeking support from businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout the region to help make this important capital improvement project a reality.

How can I contribute?
